Too true and with JWH gone we've lost the mongrel. Spencer might bring a bit back, Collins needs to use his size to and style to bend the line.

I wouldn't say no at the right price. I love the energy he brings and can play multiple positions.

I think the problem with Tyran Wishart is that any team that buys him kind of has to pay the Melbourne Storm tax. Bates says above he's on 350k at Melbourne but simply because he's from the successful Storm and looks good within a great team he'd probably get 450-500k in the open market if not more.

For me I personally think he'd be a better utility option if we didn't already have Watson, I think we really need a superstar 6 especially with Teddy most likely leaving in the next 2 seasons or so.

Melbourne have both Jahrome Hughes and Wishart coming off contract at the end of 2026.

Hughes will be 32 going into 2027
Wishart will be 27 going into 2027

Given Cam Munster will also be 32 it's going to be an interesting decision to make.
