However, two games into this season, more than happy with the choices made and the potential from our young guys.

Terrell might have a big motor, but I question his impact. He is more of an Aaron Woods when it comes to hitups, he hits the line and stops. No leg drive, no aggression or breaking tackles.
If we compare his game against the eels to Naufahu’s game against the riff:

    All runs and Metres Gained
    TM - 21 and 176 = 8.4m per run avg
    NW - 13 and 152 = 11.7m per run avg

    post contact metres
TM - 59m or 33% of all run metres
NW - 69m or 45% of all run metres

fahu’s effort and impact is much greater. Would much prefer a player that provides this impact than someone who just hits and falls.
    Interesting Stats
But 21 is larger than 13 by 61%

This concludes our intensive 3 week training course....

    • People glazing May for running an extra 24 metres off 8 extra runs than Whyte is laughable. Anyone who put up 24m off 8 runs in a game wouldn't see the next week in first grade

      • This is hilarious
no one is saying May is better then Whyte and we need to move Whyte on

we all know Whyte is a gun and should be been given more time last year

maybe we are comparing his runs against Collins 6 runs for 60mtr as output- is that really first grade standard?
they are saying better to have both Whyte and May

again we lost experience, front rowers where you need 4 and we have 3 with genuine first grade experience

we gave him away when we had him cheap and picked up nothing in replacement

what happens if Whyte gets injured? Especially when Origen comes around with Spencer and Collins potentially out

placing a butcher brother in the front row won’t scare an under 12s team

lets just hope at some stage a Vaa bro or Seve can get on the field and show what they can do!

Hey King, I’d like you to use your stats for good and compare Terrell May’s metres with Lindsay Collins for the remainder of the season.

How may under 12's teams would be keen to be tackled by or have to tackle either Nat or Egan though - You are an Adult so will you be able to run the ball up against either Nat or Egan and or tackle them ?

More Bravado/Dutch Courage talk than anything else and we all know you would give it a miss and or fake an injury if you ever had to.

You can do that as remember May is no longer a Rooster

There are been plenty of times that you have provided stats for players that have no connection to the Roosters. Sometimes even from different sports.

I don’t mind it sometimes, can be interesting.

Spencer Strider (ulnar collateral ligament-Surgery April 2024) is back pitching for the Braves in Spring Training and Ronald Acuna Jr (2nd ACL) possibly back in mid-April - Minor League Rehab Assignment first

Most of the backs and even halves in the game are bigger then them
Tbh no they don’t scare anyone
