Panthers will likely get their usual truckload of penalties and 6A/set restarts, the refs like their 'saintly' style of play.
...and all the Roosters will get to do is tackle, until they're worn out...then get run over.

As usual we play them with only 'half' a team.

It's a big exciting step up for these young Roosters. Enjoy the experience boys.

I'm not expecting it to be pretty i just want to see us compete in every play - similar to how we played in 2021

I consider it a victory tonight if there a no tries scored down Dom Youngs edge

Roosters should worry about improving their paper thin defence & silly mistakes.....

instead of outside factors they can't control.

              I've placed a lazy $100 on a Roosters win.

              Kidding!

Don Young has glass like defence.

Well 2nd test for the young blokes tonight. Hopefully for some nerves ended last week. am

Whoever you're playing, they're only names in a team

All our blokes can do is play to their abilities, keep mistakes down, respect possession and dont worry what the scoreboard says.

Yeah they're up against it tonight but could be worse could be the Storm down in Melb.

I hope the commontstors mention that we have 2 players on debut unlike last week when we had 3 on debut. Typical news ltd failed to direct any conversation regarding this just kept harping on about the brilliance of the drongos and how good is reeeeeece

got beaten by a million v broncs. this week we're missing a further two test level players, our two vice-captains and we're playing the best team in the world. probably won't be pretty but all you can ask is that they have a dig. go easts

They currently 10 to 1 on the Tab. Don’t think I have ever seen odds like that in a NRL game

Just on the commentators how good is it to have Warren Smith back. Best in the business. Ginnanes just not a commentator and Vossy can be a bit irritating at times. And the Ch9 mob aren't even worth mentioning.
