We seemed to kick on our last tackle inside their half more than usual tonight. Our forwards aimed up to the best pack in the comp without our regular props.

Special mention to Wong. Made a couple of errors but played his best game for a long time. 80 minutes, 121 metres, 61 post contact metres, 39 tackles.
Marky is going to be good for us. Great skills in attack. Hated Ennis calling his pass to Toups forward about 5 times. Waa begging for the ref or touchy to call it. Flat at worst. The prick can't help himself every time he calls our games.

Yeah I can't see how at this moment. Mark has been awesome, even in the shit trials and Broncs game he looked class. Toia also so dangerous with the ball and looks to be a future star. It is good to have depth though and hopefully Billy playing NSW Cup and getting a run of games under his belt will be good for him.

As fans, we have all just witnessed something very special last night - I too was starting to doubt Robbo and some of the players but that doubt has now totally gone.

We will still have our ups and downs this coming season, but I have no doubt that our future is in safe hands!

I switched over to Nine when they started talking about the Panthers errors and missed tackles, gave no credit to the Roosters.

Penrith had 10-4 penalty count in their favour, had almost 3 times as many play the balls in good ball and were gifted a bullshit sin bin. Spare me.... much more balanced coverage on Nine which is surprising.

I’ll always watch 9 when both broadcasters are showing a match, the after match coverage is fantastic by 9.

Billy is a quality centre. He needs some luck and game time to remind the fans just how good he is.

Agree on forwards. While the scoreline probably indicates otherwise (? penaly count and a few poor and frankly, simple misses) the intent in defence was fantastic. None of this wait, catch and hold BS. Hopefully something that continues to build.
