I obviously enjoyed the game more than you.

But good to see you back on the bandwagon tonight pounding your chest as a Roosters supporter. Don't trip when you get off later in the year.
Not caring if they lose & by how much? Really?

    Are you a true fan?

Unlike you I do care if we get beat in a smashing.

It's not good for the moral of the younger players.

It shows the pride they have in the jersey by not getting smashed

Don't whip and beat the egg, I'd like to think this thread was tongue in cheek at least.

We should play the same youngsters next week and reward them for the amazing effort they showed tonight. Some of our outs may not have been as big of a loss as we thought.
Of course there was tongue & cheek involved.

Some of the serious Sally's on here are a hoot.

Yeah I noticed that but couldn't be stuffed changing it...phone spell check thingy.

Calm down...you going to be all riotous & serious next week if the Warriors put a score on us?

I still think Robbo should go...(shock..horror)

Sage advice. Perhaps writing us off after round 1 was hasty?

You keep missing (or avoiding) the point. It’s not about whether we won or lost, it’s the way you (and some others) go about bagging the players and coach that I find quite distasteful.

I will admit I was feeling a bit emotional after the game last night and may have come across a little strong.

I understand the emotions with that win...I felt it to.

I don't believe I target any specific player non stop... With Robbo I do because of previously much vented reason's.

That win doesn't simply make everything before it vanish...The finals exit, trial, & Broncos game.

Its a long season...lets see what Robbo can do with them.

                        Bingo. Yes they have.

That's the response I needed to see.

I'm now convinced we can beat them or not get smashed if we lose.

The Warriors always trouble us. But so did Penriff.

If we attack like we did last night a lot of teams will struggle to contain us.

Based on those who left at the end of last year, and the injury/suspensions so far this year I am comfortable with us losing more than winning.

I just want to see great defence, the boys backing each other and a whole lot of heart. A loss of <18 was a win for me last night.

Exciting to see the kids come through, even if that means we come 9th-12th this year.

For the youngsters that means less weight of expectation on them, they can just go and rip in (which we saw last night).

Side note - no Jazz, Lindsay, Spence, Rads; the kids did not have to take a backseat to the 'alphas'

I think it will be a while before these young forwards are hardened in defence.
