I did that before I read your post.

I know how to spell his name, I didn't press the ' ' key hard enough.

Oops, did it again, the 'O' key!

I noticed he just surpassed ET on the all time try scoring list. I wonder how far he will rise. I think Billy Slater at 190 is realistic if he plays next season. Esp if Marky N is inside him.

The last time he saved the game with his defence, it was technique. He rolled the player (Corey Thomson?) short of the line then rolled him over and out of the touchline. Last nights save was pure physical effort ...just threw his body at To'o and the collision pushed him over the touchline and caused him to drop the ball short. Well done Toops !

Honest some times I've thought Toups is past it maybe gone 1 or 2 seasons too many.

But then you see him last night and what he provides.

Well flip me how wrong am I.
And happy to be wrong...one of the club legends.

Sir Toops is my favourite Rooster!

I love how he slides in D and sticks to his man whilst instructing his inside team mate to follow his lead and track their man.

Great communication that comes from years of experience.

I presume you are referring to the 2021 semi final against Titans I had flashbacks to it as that last play was unfolding last night

One of the most underrated players, still, in the competition. The only winger of the 2010’s to hold a candle to him is Brett Morris.

He should’ve played a stack more rep games, but c’est la vie - it has probably prolonged his career with us, so I’ll take it.

I have a feeling with Marky Mark inside him providing some good, slick ball he is going to score a stack more tries. Toops is a top shelf winger, a Rooster legend and a quality human being off the field.

As for Marky Mark, even in his short 3 game NRL career you can tell he is just oozing class and is only going to get better and better. I loved after that final play by Toops, one of the first to be there with him and celebrate was Mark Nawaqanitawase. He seems very team oriented, and I feel him and Toops are going to form a lethal combination.
