he made 5 errors and that doesn’t include the intercept pass and the 3-4 times he made the wrong play going short instead of out the back with an overlap
and doesn’t include 3 kicks in a row straight to the fullback
I’m sorry but he was up there with Paul Momoroski tonight as uselsss
- His second error was a pass in support that was thrown at his head and took a deflection on the way... tough
- His third error was the intercept, you're wrong in saying that it's not included in his error count (assuming you're using NRL stats)
- His fourth error was a tap back off a short restart that was then caught by a Titans player. I thought he should've left it to go out but easy to say from the grandstands, not really an error.
- His fifth error was again a play he was in support of, the pass was flung back at his hip. Probably should've taken it at this level but not like it was a fundamental error.
All I saw was a young kid trying his best but struggling for execution. I'd much rather see Sandon Smith make an error backing up in support or trying to pop an offload with the try line wide open after he's taken the line on and poked his head through over geriatric Chad bending down with the stiffness of an ironing board when he dropped Dom Young's offload.
I love stats but you've still got to provide some context when analysing them.
Your comments around his pass selection and decision making are more valid for mine and I would agree it's the area of greatest concern for mine around his game.

and also wrong kicking game playing it 3 x in a row
we have the tallest wingers in the comp and don’t use them
i just don’t think anyone would back him and think he went okay tonight? As it been mentioned the bunnies 7 has played 5 games and is killing it
sandon is nothing but an average bench utility

the loss was bad , but there a lot of positives in the first half, just our halves were not nailing opportunities.
I think our obs and forwards are def nrl standard, just our halves are currently slightly better then reserve grade but not quite fg quality ....that is chad too despite the 200 odd games.
flame away.

The worst player on the field was comfortably his halfback, you want to blame someone for a bad kicking game... look at our halfback. The guy who's in charge of the kicking game.
And I know you keep going on about this 3x in a row but I can assure you one of those dead grubbers that went to Campbell was Townsend's... I think you see whatever you want to see.

Chad was far from good but he was better than Sandon by a considerable distance.

Chad was poor for leadership however sandon was very more notable for being poor
he had sexy fingers tonight - everything sandon touched he ****ed
I do usually agree with you mate had love your insight but tonight I cannot see 1 positive to sandon
