  • Bleeds Red, White and Blue - Nat Butcher 150 Games a Rooster

    Congratulation on your 150th Butch

Hard-working, humble and reliable, a few words that embody Roosters Lock Nat Butcher.

These qualities and many more are a testament to the team-first forward, as he plays in a milestone game against the Titans on Friday at Allianz stadium. 150 career games in the Red, White & Blue.

Being a proud Rooster and signed until the 2027 season, Butcher is certain he is where he is meant to be,

Doesn't get the headlines and doesn't have the big flashing light attacking plays, but he is a proper footballer, and one of the best defenders in the comp. Every time he doesn't play, we miss his effort badly. Never allows the tackled player to get a quick play the ball, he controls the tackle beautifully. Given the money he'd be on and the contribution he makes, he's one of our most valuable players. A Roosters fan as a kid as well.

Great club servant. Gets a lot of flack but I’ve always been a fan. No frills, does his job and good defender. Need those guys at your club.

I'm amazed at how unappreciated he has been over the years by some supporters.
              Bleeds RWB.

Hoping he has a great return tonight.

Congrats to Nat. A very under appreciated player on the pen. It’s a shame the team couldn’t mark his milestone with a win.

                        Slug.

Out of his depth in the 6 again era.

                        Typical shite Sally thread!

Sally's dream night would be to sit in a hot tub with N Butcher and Hutch.
