Completion rates are amongst the most basic skill sets that a first grade footballer needs to possess.

For almost 2 decades this team has been one of the worst offenders in this area.

It's a coaching deficiency that needs to be rooted out ASAP.

As Robinson says “the Roosters Way” it is about time he called out bad play

our second half was woeful. we've had comparatively poor completion rates for a while now, even when we've been winning, but with the limited attack we've got atm we can't afford to play like millionaires

It’s a disgrace & and it’s on the coach. When is he going to own it.
Also management / recruitment need to explain how they have presented us members & supporters with a team like that. Why the f—k do we have the worst handling &give away the most penalties. This is what a coach is for to teach them improvement. Clearly that’s not happening.

why is it on the coach? is it mainly on the coach or entirely on the coach? do the players have no responsibility?

Robbo may have to bring a pallet of bricks to training and get the boys to pass bricks instead of Steedens. Hopefully that would sharpen their concentration on handling.
                    No kicking required.

Not much a coach can do once players cross the white stripe. The Onus is on the players as individuals and as a team to be better with the basics over 80 minutes.

A second half 39% completion rate and 12 errors is not going to win you a game of footy no matter who you have in the side.

                      Match Set Completions - Roosters - 24/42 (57%) vs Titans - 36/44 ( 81%)

                      2024
                      • Completion rate - 80% -5th
                      • Possession - 49% - 8th
                      • Penalties conceded - 189 1st - Average per game - 6.6
                      • Errors - 290 - 4th - Average per game - 11.9
                      • Handling errors - 263 - 4th - Average per game - 11.4

                      2025
                      • Completion rate - 69% - 17th
                      • Possession - 46% - 16th
                      • Penalties conceded - 26 1st - Average per game 6.5
