It’s taken south Sydney 6 years and Wayne Bennett to realise Latrell Mitchell is a centre

Mitchell back he will be keen for a big game
presume he plays left and Wighton moves to the right
Will be a tough defensive assignment for toia
wonder if b smith will be a late change as I would back Billy to defend Latrell
Billy would be one of the few centres in the comp I’d back v trell in defence

Watson back is a big in
would prefer lasalu on the bench for size

          who knows
we could win by 20 or loose by 30…

Screw Latrell the lazy MoFo. Has no match fitness and hasn’t dominated us in years. The only place he dominates is at KFC.

Gees harsh the kid blitzed the first 2 weeks
hasn’t been that bad in d
plenty of other senior and higher paid players been worse then toia

for a 20 year old kid off 2 acls and handful of nsw cup games in 2 years I think he will get better

Perhaps it’s maybe up to our halves to find him and Marky N early on

Souffs directl 80% of their attacking effort at teams right hand side. They will have that stacked with Codeine, Fatrell and their livewire fullback. Expect a blitzcrieg on the weekend on that side. Lucky we have Young and an inexperienced centre guarding the fort.

Very strange indeed. He is our number one centre. Could still come in from the extended bench. Or maybe next time, Next time?

No knock on Rob, he is a player of the future I'm sure.

What a waste of money Leniu is that he can only come off the bench in short spurts what's the point of this turd? Sucking the club dry on a big pay packet and producing next to nothing. Will be interesting to see if Townsend plays the game or Savala comes in to the team Townsend was Finch/Anasta levels of bad against the Titans.
We signed Spencer, offered him the contract.
                    Not his fault.
Panthers used him off the bench.

Lol......they are going to have a field day attacking that side.

Lattrell is back in his proper position & its almost guaranteed he will have a big one.

We cant score points atm...they are scoring plenty......I think it will be over by half time.

I feel Billy Smith will come into the side to try and contain Latrell, too big an ask for young Toia at this stage..

Also can’t believe Townsend is named at 7 again, goodness me..

If Billy plays he is most likely to be on the left, where he has played exclusively to date. Marky can play both sides and is a strong defender.

That said, I’m not expecting any changes in the outside backs.

I agree. Round 1 if Smith, Toi and Mark N were all fit and available. Smith would of been the first centre picked.

Make the tough call coach - Smith in, Either Young or Toi out.

What am I missing with all this clamouring of Billy Smith needing to be in the team? When did he become a defensive specialist all of a sudden? Then again lots of people called Momo that aswell.

Watson back is huge. Radley out means nothing, we won’t have a HIA or sin bin to worry about.

I didn’t expect to see any changes in the halves as it would be a huge task for a young bloke to come in and partner Sandon in a game like this, but farrk me it’s depressing seeing SS and CT at 6 and 7 again.

                                Souffs by lots.
