i thought it was a decision driven by the players - they didn't want to milk penalties. personally i can see arguments both ways but the roosters way has won us 3 comps in the past dozen years.
like all teams this team has developed its own culture - they've decided to call it the roosters way which is neither here nor there but hardly something to worry about - and it has brought the club success.
true, we've only won 2 comps in the last 7 years but a lot of that was down to injuries

I read with interest Jai Arrow commenting on a fiery Spencer Leniu playing undisciplined footy. It must be a Wayne Beret plan because another player also mentioned it.

I anticipate them to goad Spencer into giving away a penalty or three to get them a kick upfield and a set start. The play will be Cody trying to get Latrell a one on one.
