I'd take a 53 year old Freddy over Townsend

I tried to be patient with Chad. That should be his last game for us tonight.

Chad's not playing any worse than he was in later part of last year. Sack the person whose bright idea it was to bring him to the club. Not only is our football bad, it is boring.

Hahaha very funny, made me laugh.

Good old Temu Townsend has a ring to it. Apologies but I’m going to steal that name lol

He is getting roasted across social media and rightfully so.
Can’t kick, organise, take the line on. Offers no threat to the defence. Offfloads the ball as soon as he receives it.
Hugo HAS to come in for him next week otherwise Robbie has lost the plot.

I got talked down and called a negative Nelly for making this point last year when it was announced we signed him.

The bloke was dropped by a lower mid table club not even halfway through last season and told he was free to leave despite having a year left in his deal. Purely because he was nowhere near good enough. They replaced him with Jake faarrking Clifford.

It’s almost unfair to attack the guy at this stage, he is well and truly finished as a top level professional yet we prop him up every week as a starting halfback. Crazy.

It’s almost like Robbo is stubborn and doesn’t want the ignominy of dropping him on what will effectively end his career. He loves the romance we’ve seen it with Jennings and others.

Seriously the club needs to do the humane thing and tap poor Chad on the shoulder.

It's farking embarrassing and extremely hard to watch!

Think you're wrong on this one, I heard Savala was very close to playing this week. Think you'll find Chad won't survive another week.

Why didn’t he then? I heard the same and was incredibly disappointed when he wasn’t named.

I think people would've called you negative because Chad was meant to come in for the Dylan Napa or Michael Jennings role. Older role model/mentor player at the club for the young guys, in the top 30 as an injury cover but playing mostly NSW Cup and destined to play 3 or 4 games when one of the first grade halves needed a rest or had a minor injury.

Instead the entire plan was thrown into disarray when Sam got hurt, now he's our first choice half and could be playing until round 12, obviously nobody was expecting this or thought it was a good idea.

                            Snowy at least contributed something.
