Team & coach are a disgrace

Chad's definetly gone, even the coach can see what we all knew 4 weeks ago.
Rob and Billy are the long term centres.
Mark is not a centre, he is the best high ball catcher in the team, he needs to be on the wing.
And I feel sorry for Dom Young, the coach just hasn't been able to make him a better player.

You would think not running across field & bad defence positioning would have been coached out of him by now...especially in his 2nd year.

We should shop Dom around before the cut off point and before his shares plummet any further.

nothing wrong with running straight but there were a couple of times when young ran across field and made okay yards - one time he linked up with teddy.
a couple of times he could have got better service from dh when he was taking a straight hit up, or maybe he committed himself to the line he wanted to run before he caught the ball.
his biggest room for improvement is in defence

You question supporters loyalty for the club simply because they care and get frustrated with poor performances or inexplicable selections. Young had to go
try scoring freak and great pace but to many negatives in his game at the moment
question - if he want to the storm or Penrith do we think he would have improved other areas like defensive reads and yardage?
just shown no improvement in these areas in a year and a half

and with Billy smith, toia and Marky n there we have quality in these positions

That's the tricky one. He and Sua'ali'i were signed as centres to replace Manu. Neither have learned how to defend at centre and Sua'ali'i could never score points at centre.

Whereas, Billy Smith and Toia (heck even Pauga) 'just know' how do so. Even Marky Mark has a better natural instinct.

What can you do? At some point I think the point has to be made that 1st grade isn't where you learn the basics of how to play footy. Billy, Toia and Pauga learned these skills while on meagre salaries. Surely some level of smarts (and the ability to acquire skills quickly without having their hand held) is assumed of people signing $$$ contracts.
