Reynolds or DCE

It's been reported Adam Reynolds might leave the Broncos at seasons end due to cap restrictions & he's keen to play on.

Apparently only on $550k & 4yrs younger than DCE with a great boot on him & the best goal kicker in the comp suddenly seems more enticing than paying $1.1 mil for a 38yr old DCE.

I'm a fan of DCE coming to the chooks but the Reynolds situation makes more sence to make a play at.

Reynolds at 7 & Sammy at 6 working his off the cuff magic....I say make a play Uncle Nick & Robbo.

I read somewhere that he wants to go to the Super League and has no interest in coming back to Sydney.
Also after England there is a coaching role for him at the Broncos.

I think DCE is a done deal but personally I think we should be looking for someone younger.

Many are short-sighted and don't realise DCE's new deal, wherever that may be, comes with an added booby prize which is post football.

Cherry's footy intellect is unquestionable.

But no, DCE for me. Both great players but “A-Rey” gets injured far too often and we don’t need two small halves. Wouldn’t gel with Sam as much as DCE would either imo.

the reason you'd get reynolds cheaply is because of the injury problem. if dce doesn't come would it be worth the risk to go for renno? depends if you think the younger halves will be ready next year

DCE is going to the Dolphins. There’s been plenty of news about Isaaya Katoa in the news lately. Even on Matty Johns last night they singled out his form and not regarding DCE, which to me was being somewhat sympathetic to what will soon be announced.

DCE, but prefer neither. Weedler made an interesting comment in his rag column yesterday about what would happen to Katoa if DCE went to the Dolphins. Apparently there are rumours he may be looking to return to Sydney. He’s young, but promising and has been getting a fair bit of NRL experience now.
