Image isn't loading for me, I'm not saying Chad has been good though, just that he has been better than Sandon. I'm of the opinion that Sandon singlehandedly cost us that game against the Gold Coast which we should've won but instead lost 13+, I remember a game (Against the Warriors I think) where we were trailing and trying to get back into it and it was Tedesco and Chad trying their hardest whilst Sandon was completely ineffective.

As a poster above said, Sandon did score a great try last week, I just don't trust him to be our dominant half, hopefully he proves me wrong though.

Why are people feeling sorry for Young? He's a "star" signing on big money to play the wing and has been pathetic so far people are rightfully laying in to Townsend but I expect a lot more out of the guy who is on big money than the backup halfback who is only playing because of Walker's ACL injury I haven't seen a winger play this bad for the club since SKD in 2009. The club should get rid of him from the final 2 years of his deal we cut Sitili Tupouniua and Terrell May early from their multiple year deals we can do the same with Young.

I wonder if Robert Toia will move to the wing or if Mark Nawaqanitawase is getting shafted out wide? I hope it's Toia while he is young because Mark has been great in the centres as is a real attacking threat it would be unlucky if he has to move.
You make some good points when you’re not being an arse-hole.

I think Mark N would be a great winger also. He'd at least be able to take bombs and stay on his winger.

I agree with you he looks the goods in either position really but it does feel like his attacking prowess will be wasted on the wing he has great agility and beats his man easily we won't see that on the wing.

I agree with him being wasted on the wing,I feel he can excel as a centre in the game..

Feels like a reverse Sua'ali'i who was played in centre but was better on the wing. Mark Nawaqanitawase already feels like SKD with better ball handling the way he glides past opponents and that combination with Tupou took off immediately like they had played together for years.

                  Great news!

I was planning on listening to the game as I drove aimlessly to nowhere because my eyes and head hurt watching Chad play.

If he was an animal you'd put him down.

You're never "wasted" if you are on the wing.

It's a highly respected specialist position and wingers also pull good sorts.

Jesus Christ, already we have freaks bagging the decision to play Marky on the right wing. Before he's even played there for us. He played way more in Union on the right, I think on the wing too (at least in his highlight reels because who even watches Union anymore). It's likely he'll go even better on the right than on the awkward left. And way better than Young, which is saying very little.

Dom Young still in the team, but the NRL website says he could make way for Mark later in the week if he recovers from his calf strain.

Chad is in the reserves, Savala in 7

Surely Marky M comes in for Young - he’s been very good Dom hasn’t been. Must still be under an injury cloud and they are in two minds if he needs another week off.

So much for Young being dropped.

Just proves that you can't believe anything the Telegraph prints.

Townsend dropped is a start hopefully Mark Nawaqanitawase passes fit and we never have to see Young in the first grade squad again.

Only reason Marky m is 18th man must be he is still recovering and not 100% certain yet for this weekend
otherwise he would be there for young
                                expect a late change
