I dont know exactly how our recruitment department works but I think Daniel Anderson is head of department and Clint Zammit worked for him. Aubo and Jake Friend were running the academy with Aubo assisting with junior recruitment until his appointment as football operations manager. Nick and Robbo obviously are involved in big decisions. I was told that this year's change to blood all the younger guys was Nicks decision. Aubo may have been involved and Robbo would have been consulted.
