With Marky M to have a blinder surely it’s time to drop young next week and put Marky on the wing and Billy smith at centre

I hope the coach has put some pressure on sandon smith this week as he has been no where near first grade standard

way more of a liability then an asset at the moment

A shame about Billy Smith being suspended especially after his great performance and really showed he belongs starting when fit.

Good to see Nawaqanitawase back in the side but it will be intresting to see what happens next week on who starts among Dom/Nawaqanitawase/Billy Smith. Was excited to see Losalu get a full time deal and hopefully gets a spot in the side soon. Would have loved to see him this week especially after the last meeting against the Riff.

I wouldn't take Penrith lightly despite the last performance against them on top of their current form, especially with this season showing that any result is possible for any side. Hopefully the boys back up that performance from Suncorp and to start building momentum especially heading into Anzac Day!
Next week Marky N in for Toups, rest of the backline stays the same. I think that would be our best backline until Walker is back. Dom is going to be here a while and is the best finisher in the NRL so need to persist with him.

Next week Dom Young will hopefully be playing at Wentworth Park.

Hurt his foot during his recovery and is close to a return apparently.

When the team lists are shown each week , the name Daniel Tupou will be alongside the number 2, until September/ October 2026.

                      Guaranteed.

Do you want to be playing with a 35 year old winger in mid 2026?

                            Yep - sure do.

Toops is a deadset legend at the club - the team's greatest ever winger - safe as houses under the highball, makes the most metres out of any winger when coming out of his own end hitting up kick returns, will score in the corner when given the chance, and bundles blokes like T'oo over the touvchline (remember the Penriff game?) to win us the match.

He puts his heart into the RWB jersey.

Heaps better than some 37 deadsh*t halfback who is just going to come here and bludge in order to get a huge paycheque.

That's evident 'cause he wont even consider loyalty to the chipstealers where he's been for nearly his entire career.

                            Only interested in money.

My opinion anyway, but I know you just love DCE

                              Yes, beware the sleeping panther.
                              Desperate for a win.

We'll need to play our very best footy to win.
No intercept passes, no kicking out on the full and no short line drop outs....etc.

Once upon a time, in the distant past, a star player at our club told me, when asked if he was staying:

"If you sign for less than you think you're worth you'll always feel cheated."

2026 cannot be another trial/rebuilding year.
We have to win games from round one.
                                Win.
Pro sport is all about winning.
More contesting the spoon is not acceptable.
Our jersey sponsorship now is worth what, $5,500,000 pa?
                                It must stay that way.
Making the finals every season is acceptable.

If signing DCE is part of the answer, then so be it.

I'd definitely be keeping Sandon Smith, he'll only get better, and could play utility role, is goal kicker.

Definitely keep Savala and all the others except Townsend in the 22 listed.
