I don't know but that's irrelevant. The old Sydney Sports Ground turf is ours and always has been. It would be like us making Redfern Oval our home ground. I don't know if any individual AFL club has the same territorial and spiritual connection to the MCG. I would doubt it.

The answer is 6 teams - however Melbourne is the longest inhabitant- 1858 so it’s fair to say it’s Melbourne’s spiritual home ground and its relevant.

I don’t want the rabbits at SFS anymore than you but my point is tribalism can and does exist with ground sharing - to be honest it probably increases the rivalry.

I just don’t know what I like seeing more - the Roosters winning or Souffs getting smashed.
Its hard to work out what gives me greater satisfaction…..

Is it true that we contributed money to the section of the stadium that we inhabit, when it was being built? And the sign is over that same exact area?

They did a short line drop out 10 mins from full time, Dogs got the ball and scored a try shortly after.
                Short dropouts are dumb.
                100% dumb.

                  Souffs can get farked.

Serious question... why isn't 'having a stadium' a core requirement of NRL registration? We found ours and it's in the eastern suburbs.

Hipster dude who made billions outta some BS business management process software and D-grade 90's actor can talk to their retirement fund managers and withdraw a good ~$200m or so to renovate Redfern Oval or ES Marks. That or they can keep renting out Stadium Australia if they can't find a home.

Money's there!!! They're probably richer than us as Atlassian's one of those faaarkin weird companies like Tesla that just prints money because tech geeks throw investment capital at it. It makes no sense to wanna play at your biggest rival's home stadium, which they've been using since forever.

We've chosen. We have the deal. Souffs are rich enough to find their own stadium. Don't give a fark where it is but it's not at their biggest rival's existing home. NRL... relegate them to the NSW cup if they can't find a stadium!!! The Bears have a stadium and are willing to play in Perth if it ensures a spot in the NRL. Get creative Souffs... I wouldn't complain if you became the Perth Rabbitohs! At least it's a geographic region, whereas 'Souff Sidneee' is what... St George and Cronulla? You're clutching at straws if your 'region' is basically a single inner-suburb and a stack of eastern beaches. Perth's got more space... just saying!

80% of Souffs supporter base lives out west, 10% are scattered around AU with the remainder in Long Bay Jail.

Richmond is definitely extremely close to the MCG. The other half is a mad Tigers fan and when we toured the G a few years ago, the home dressing room is decked out in Richmond colours alone.

I thought Souths had learnt their lesson with short dropouts when earlier in this game they kicked one past halfway down the middle...
                            but no.

Play like Souths did, we'll lose to the Panthers for sure.
Play like the Dogs did (minus all the errors) and we have a good chance of winning.
Commentator said Dogs are 'patient' in attack.

What I saw in the game was Latrell playing dummy half most of the time.
I thought the hooker was supposed to play dummy half, and the five eighth was supposed to be link between the forwards and backs...and run hard, make breaks in attack.
