We will see what Des Hasler does with him, i see shades of the Rod Silva situation happening all over again, grant you though Rod Silva did have great attacking skills even when he was with us, that was a blunder by Gould getting rid of him.I just think we are going to see a better all round game from Perrett once he has he left us.

If Perrett was around when we had the likes of Barnett, Sing, Mullins etc he would have been a Newtown veteran.

Well he wasn't around when they played so the point is moot, couldn't see SKD getting anywhere close to the calibre of players you mention either even if Jack Gibson coached him

I know plenty of Tigers supporters who can't wait for him and can't see why I say they will regret buying him because of how crap he is.
Plenty on LU say the same thing. Of course you will get some supporters who will say he is shit from all teams. That goes with plenty of players. Dogs and Roosters supporters are generally the ones who can't stand him in masses. But trust me, the majority of Tigers supporters I have spoken to are excited. Go to their supporters forum and have a read.

We currently have the worst backline in the NRL. Perrett played a big part.

But he's a good bloke, great club man etc...

Most of my mates are Tiger supporters and they say the same, I just sort of sit in the corner with an evil laugh.

i will agree we have currently have the worst backline in the NRL but i am not blaming Perrett for that.Funny how we let players like Phil Graham and Kane Linnett go and dont replace them with any one will always come back and bite you on the bum, while Graham and Linnett may have not been world beaters, they were good solid players and we didn't replace them with anything.

Jim Smith mentioned Peter Clarke on the radio the yesterday morning.

He would be a standout in our backline at the moment.

To keep those two we would have had to beef up their contracts. Neither had long term futures at the club.

Linnett could have had a long future at the club,Graham grant you was nearing the end of his career but we didn't have a back up plan losing both of these from our back line.Oh yes i forgot we had a winger called Carney didnt we

Another reason for us to change coach and change our preparations to games. The club is behind the eight ball, its disgusting.
Indeed, no surprises there at all, it's clear as day first grade coaching has passed Brian Smith by, it's Langy at Souths or Opes in his stint at Easts obvious.

@Henare08 Yeah all good trainings hectic as so much harder than roosters! Haha

@Henare08 bro! Ten times harder than any of the weight loss stuff I had to do at roosters! And this is just a normal gym sesh
                                Says it all really.

Sad but true, you hear the same with guys like ryles and t.carney speaking about the difference between their new clubs and the roosters, the training being much tougher, the winning mentality, the positive attitudes and the of course the management are all much better at the storm and cronulla- no wonder they're at the top of the table and we're at the bottom.

As many have been saying for the majority of the past few years...THINGS NEED TO CHANGE AROUND HERE BIG TIME - FROM TOP TO BOTTOM! But unfortunately i doubt anything will happen.

We'll continue to sign and sack coaches on a regular basis.

We'll continue to let our star/experienced players go.

We'll continue to sign idiots that just wanna take the roosters roller coaster and finish with the big bucks (dragging the clubs name through the mud in the process).

We'll continue to make the same mistakes over and over again.

We'll continue to ignore poor form both both on and off the field.

AND we'll soon become the laughing stock of the league.

I hope i'm wrong, but recent history doesn't inspire much confidence.
