I see tom symonds as very similar to luke lewis - former outside back, similar playing style as a backrower. Tom just needs a good run with injuries and also needs to continue to bulk-up. The major criticism I have with him is that he can be dominated in contact from time to time particularly defensively. Sort this out and he will continue his development into an important cog for us. I dont really think we need lewis. Guerra, Cordner, Symonds, Maubs with FPN, bosden, arona, leilua, taka

I think Beetroot is on the mark that he'll either be a Shark or Dragon, Eels may throw crazy money at him but he won't go to another Western Sydney club IMO.

Every club provides special treatment to special players. Nick takes it to a whole new level with his chairman pet projects, Carney and now SBW. I agree what we are doing to accomodate SBW goes beyond the realms of normal even though SBW is above the bell curve of normal anyway.

I was all for this when I thought we'd be getting a good deal, but now it looks more and more like we're getting dealt a cameo appearance behind his boxing and eventual return to yawnion. If the club agrees to something like that it will demonstrate our loosing of the plot.

We are a gap year chook. Something along the lines of Hamish and Andy couldnt be funnier! We are close to becomming the laughing stock of the league. Next year should give us that title. Strangely enough, I dont think we will do that badly on the field but there are other factors that will help to aid that. SBWalkout will be the sideshow that brings the laughs from everone except Roosters fans.

seems to be some major drama breaking tonight out of Penrith, rumours doing the rounds that Luke Lewis is going to be granted a release tomorrow.

would be interested to hear people's thoughts, would you rather SBW for 1 year or Lewis for 3 years?

maybe we should even offer Maubs up as a trade for Lewis, Maubs has been extremely disapointing this year.

We should have plenty of cash left for both we loosing a few players
