  • Roosters player ratings

    1. Anthony Minichiello: 3.5. Safe under the high ball, one error i think and finally he knows how bwaif feels. 3 errors from mini.
    2. BJ Leilua: 3. Definitely would have been at least a 5 if it wasnt for his errors. Okay game, 4 tackle breaks and try
    3. Mitchell Aubusson: 3.5. Actually had one of his better games today, but 3 errors.
    4. Shaun Kenny-Dowall: 5.5. One of our best players, a try, 6 tackle breaks, a line break and a linebreak assist.
    5. TauTau Moga: 2. Shocker.
    14. Daniel Mortimer : 4. Not a good game, but better than Anasta.
    7. Mitchell Pearce: 4. Brain explosions stuffed up his game, cannot kick a fieldgoal for his life, but his kicking game was okay today (I thought)
    8. Jared-Waerea Hargreaves: 3.5. Needs better discipine, gave away 3 penalties and was average today (I thought)
    9. Jake Friend: 7. I thought he had a good game today, his short side plays are starting to work
    10. Martin Kennedy: 3.5. Once again, average today. I really think he will improve though, we just need to stick with him. At least no errors today.
    11. Aidan Guerra: 6.5. Good game today, looked deadly with the ball. Nice try aswell.
    12. Boyd Cordner: 5.5. Also a good game. Nice hits in defence, punishing.
    13. Frank-Paul Nuuasala: 4. Where was he today? Didnt really notice him.

    15. Tinirau Arona: 4.5. One of his better games this season, actually has good ball skills
    16. Lama Tasi: 5. Average game, like our other forwards today.
    17. Mose Masoe: 3.5. Has 1 or 2 good runs and then looks really tired.
    18. Nafe Seluini: 5.5. This guy is the next (better) Anthony Mitchell. Fast but very short

Anything over 1 for Mini and Aubbo is criminal.

i just want to say Pearce is a dumb footballer.
He has an option to set up a try in the first half of extra time, then has a brain explosion and tries a field goal
when the defence has ran up on him.

Way overrated, we dont need him he is not quality...

Does anyone here think size determines your performance?
Say that to Bowen, Campbell, Shillington, Perret, Shillington, N.Friend, Hohaia, Soward, Hurrell and Inglis who r all short blokes

Seluini looked the goods but people bag him because he's short.

you imposter- who is this Brian Smiths bro ?
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

Dude a much more experienced Chookpenner (The Brain) does the player ratings. Plus you gave no insight into their performances. Maybe wait a bit longer than 4 months of being a member before you post stuff like this.

Why? Its an open forum isnt it?

Besides, it makes more sense than the other jibberish posted by the "more experienced chookpenner".

                          Agreed...
Anecdote but back in high school my school put 5 BIIIG 20+ year old islanders into our team all on scholarship.

They all played 1sts and got DOMINATED by more mobile/smarter teams. Our 2nds were undefeated coz we had all the school's smaller but smarter players.

                              Its statements like that.

I only come here because I am a Roosters fan but most of the stuff posted on this forum is embarrassing, such as this guys player ratings. I yearn for a place where we can have insightful and passionate discussion about the Roosters but instead, Lemon_Goat and his cronies serve up drivel like this. Not only are his ratings way off, his analysis of the players are confusing at best, nonsensical at worst.
