ANZ is run by Stadium Australia Group, a private company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stadium Investments Pty Ltd. I suspect that Allianz Stadium cannot do these kind of shonky deals. (The insurance company might, provided it is not linked to the Roosters.)

Exactly.We rent the SFS off the Cricket Ground Trust.This trust gets the same rent regardless of our crowd size,therefore improving the crowd would have no financial benefit to them at all.
The Tigers on the other hand get paid to play 6 games at the SFS by the trust,so a third party deal to improve crowds for them would have the same benefit for the SFS as ANZ does...

I think they are suggesting that he could command such a fee if on the market now. I seem to recall speculation that he signed for us for $400K pa.
