Talk about people doubting SBW.....my two best mates (fellow roosters fans) and I were sharing a few cleansing ales in the lead up to Xmas last year. I broached the subject of SBW, their replies were both the same....'don't want him'....'he's over rated!'.....'too long out of the game'......'doesn't want to really be here because he said he's sad to leave union'......

I was unequivocal in my backing of Sonny-Bill. Don't bag a champion I told them, you end up looking foolish if you do! Of course not being the one to rub it in too much I only reminded them of their foolish comments up until the end of the preliminary rounds....I let them off the hook through the semis and the GF!
