  • So Mr Politis when is enough enough??

Just wondering how much more 'we are rebuilding crap' is acceptable?

How many players have to ask for a release as they feel they are not developing before Mr Politis says thats enough?? 3, 4 or maybe the whole team?

Not much use having a great recruitment plan if the coach can't inspire the recruits and develop them into better players. These questions deserve answering.

So once again Mr Politis when is enough enough?

I actually think $BW will actually make it worse. There are already grumblings amongst the playing group. You cannot have rules for one and a different set of rules for everyone else. This destroys harmony and culture. We are headed nowhere under Smith with or without $BW.

I think I spotted him in the changing room before the start of the game.
Is he a fairly small bloke with big black glasses?

Can we dispense with this "playing group" shit? Call it THE TEAM.

Already out of contention with 6 rounds left. Not a good season. All we have talked about this year is who is leaving and who we should sign. For long periods, the Roosters play like a team that is flat-chat just trying to get to the last tackle so they can put up a midfield bomb. Putting up bombs when you are 40 metres out from the line is the sign of a team with no plans. Players are not timing their runs and passes, leading to errors and breakdowns.
The Pearce forward pass ruling was a joke. We threw a few dodgy balls but the Pearce one was a fantastic assist, I was right in line, you can see his head drop after that. At the game, just out of curiosity, I was counting the number of seconds that the Roosters take to get off the tackler and it was far worse than Penrith. The ref could have got us a few more times there. Our markers always stand over the ball carrier too, making it very hard for that player to get to his feet. The result is a penalty-a-thon. Same all year, so the evidence of bad stategy or poor discipline, take your pick, is evident in our stats. Either way it's not a reflection of a well managed team. If they aint sticking together you gotta change the glue or it will keep coming apart.

I think frank lowy would be good - successful one of the wealthiest in oz lives in the eastern suburbs has form with hakoah soccer club and team Australian soccer and Olympic bid- more powerful than politis and more connections and he is Jewish and would be widely accepted by our Jewish membership and would not tolerate loss or bad media and his team within his companies know how to plan and have structure unlike our current board which is jobs for politis mates. Politis was once powerful but no longer has clout.

I won't get personal chook as I usually agree with you - I was offering a idea ok you don't like it as I understand you calling me a Nuffie which made me smile. Have you business type person you can suggest to replace Politis.
No offence taken on your previous comment - like you I just like the best for the club as politis is not doing his best he has had his use by date.
