Take up a new sport tomorrow, you never know, you could be a professional next year.
That being said, you probably don't have as much talent as the Tricolours newest debutant, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck.
The young kiwi will run out to make his NRL debut against the Titans on Friday night, having played his first full year of rugby league, just last year.
When his school rugby season was cut short at Otahuhu College, Tuivasa-Sheck jumped on to the school's rugby league side.
By season's end the 18 year old had led his side to the NZ secondary schools national title, and was the most in demand young player in the country.
With interest from pretty much everyone, the Roosters managed to secure Roger, and after a string of impressive performances for the 20s and Newtown Jets this season, he now gets a crack at the top grade.
Coach Brian Smith took Roger aside just before a video session yesterday and let him know the news.
"When Smithy told me I was just jumping up and down on the inside," said Tuivasa-Sheck.
"I tried to keep my emotions in check as much as I could, and I made sure I said thank you."
"Smithy then told the boys in the video session and all the boys blew up and made a lot of noise and were clapping, it was a great feeling."
"On the drive home yesterday Tau and I were really buzzing, screaming out the car window together."
"Knowing we are both playing together on the wing is unbelievable."
You can't help but be incredibly happy for Roger.
Even though it really was a matter of when, not if he would make the NRL, Tuivasa-Sheck is one of the most humble, down to earth persons you would ever come across.
Not many players have the words 'thank you' come out when they are told they are about to realise their dream.
Even less consider asking their coach if they can still fit in three more days of teaching kids during the week, as they finish their prac work at a local primary school.
That's just how Roger is.
It's his football ability and blink or you'll miss it step however, that has Roosters Members excited to see what he can do against some of the best players in the world.
"I'm ready to have a crack and not back down," Tuivasa-Sheck said.
"SKD came to me at training and told me if I wanted help with anything to just ask him and that support made me feel really good."
"I will definitely be speaking to Mini and some of the other boys as well for advice so I can be as prepared as possible for Friday night."
It won't just be the club and it's fans willing on Roger against the Titans.
A whole army of support is on its way from across the Tasman to support the youngster.
"I have mum and dad, two sisters, my younger brother, aunties and uncles and I am pretty sure a whole heap of cousins are coming across as well," he said.
"It is the first time my family will watch me play league over here and I can't wait to get out there and do both them and the club proud."
Something we can safely say he has already achieved.
