if that is the case its a great sign, the time for talking is over, the coaching staff have been here for 3 years now, apart from Pearce every one of the players were signed/re-signed by current management, the excuse of the coach not having the players he wanted no longer works.

we simply can't afford to start another rebuilding phase now.

Fred, i'm hearing that Uncle Nick is digging his heels in, he doesn't want to give Slothfield/Telucrap the satisfaction of sacking Smith early, what unfortunately is likely to happen is Elliot will coach the side and Smith will just be pensioned off into a so called "coaching director role".
