      Pity it was $ouff$.
Good luck to them. They have got a team that is firing.....wonder when our lot will?

Maybe I need to just watch non Easts games.
That's been my season pretty much in a nutshell. There was a fabulous game between Manly & Brisbane a while back, 2 teams I cannot stand the sight of and any clash between Canterbury and Manly or Manly and Melbourne is always good value because one of them will always go home bitter. Watching St George steamroll Melbourne was quite funny on Friday too. I was hoping Brett Morris would score a 4th just to rub it in.

I so hear you C-56. I enjoyed watching the bulldogs play on Friday night, Canberra last week and a bit of the Souffs game yesterday - they didn't appear at any stage to miss Inglis/Luke - they just looked and played like they expected to win.

Not this year for us. And I have to say, given the Smith/Anasta farce, with Anasta finding out via a reporter that Smith is looking for a new captain "with Braith's permission", that I have now completely lost faith in the current administration of our club. What a stupid thing for Smith to do.

As for Souffs, they have been very favourably treated by the refs this year BUT, they have now built up so much confidence I believe their premiership drought could possibly end this year. We will see though. What goes up, must come down. I am hoping in the case of us, that the reverse also applies.
