1. And the most important - the TV deal & how much of that will flow into the salary cap

2. The coach for 2014 & how we are going in 2013 with Maloney and SBW.

Thats the only thing he is waiting for and nothing else. Everyone who is chasing him has been told that he is waiting for the TV deal to be decided before he makes up his mind and to contact his manager after the TV deal is done.

Even then Pearce wont sign till we are close to the middle of the season in 2013.
