I can handle that the club did not offer him a contract for whatever reason they felt necessary but to turn around now and want him back because he is a star still imho makes them look stupid for having sacked him in the first place. It is like saying, sorry James can you come back, we only sacked you because you were a nobody but now we are crap we want you.
