You all keep saying if they don't like the club let them go which is fair enough, but do you think they wouldve came to the club in the first place if they didn't want to play for us.

There is a under lying issue that something is turning them away from the beloved club they came too.

Smith may have coached us to the gf but that was because of some outstanding footy played by carney which lifted everyone else. He can't seem to get them back to playing to there full potential and that's his job. If your going to clear out all the so called deadwood then you have to have a viable alternative to replace them with immediately not in 2 yrs time ie. Maloney. What sort of damage has been done to the up and comers in the mean time. I really hope Maloney comes and hits the ground running because I don't see Smith getting the flick, he and SBW certainly have there work cut out for them

I can't be all Smith's fault. A lot of players have signed contract extensions during his rein as coach.

I agree with the general point of view that something needs to change for next season. It is unrealistic to say that 2 quality players coming our way next year will turn things around for us.
