No, I'd simply explain to my employer in a reasoned and mature fashion that I was not happy with the current situation, negotiate a release and leave of my own free will.

I certainly wouldn't stay there and undermine my boss and expect my colleagues to do the same. Who wants to spend their working life doing that? Apart from some brainless footballers of course. .

Could you expect anything less? Look at Mitch Aubusson. 104 games for the Roosters, 24 years old. Debuted with the club. He has been one of our top performers for a number of years, however this year is well below his best. The solution from plenty of fans on here, "sack him".

Personally he and a few others should have been playing for the Jets this year, Carney was demoted to play for Newtown for one game admittedly, but the option of demotion for poor performance is there. I just have no idea as to why it's hasn't been used.

Dunno if this is true or not but I would say taka fist ur self mate if it was...too many girls playing the game now getting there feelings hurt over poor feedback from the coach..
