Jason Taylor is a much better and more proven candidate. He is the one who has coached RTS along to this stage. We all agree he has done a great job with our young guys. I would give him the Gig before any of the other candidates mantioned here in the chookpen.

I reckon Joey has some been doing some work with him anyway.

You can see it in Pearce's long passing and now Pearce is trying to put players into holes.

The short passing game doesn't come naturally to him like it did for Adrian Lam.

Jason Taylor is already at the Roosters in some capacity. Surely he must provide some input into the halves' play.

I can't confirm this 100%, but word around the traps is that Joey Johns is headed to the club in 2003...

Don't know how i feel about this but surely Johns can't be any worse than Smith.
