Artie recruited the inaugural NYC team of 2008 - Mose, Kennedy, Winterstein, Jake Friend, Cherro.
Artie was replaced with POS in 2009 > 4 years service.

Osullivan agreed to join us late 2007 he took over officially in 2008.

I think you are right mate I do remember seeing POS at Henson Park at the back end of 2007 so any kid signed from that point on was his doing.

Four years at the club. Signing kids up when they are 16. Starting to come good when they are 19 or 20. Like Evans, RTS, Moga, Napa, Cordner are doing so right now. Yeah, I think he is doing a good job.

At the end of this seasons SG Ball - Togitasi, Brendan Elliott, Nene Macdonald & Brandon (Henare Wells' brother) have all tasted NYC.
Taan Milne, Alex Thomas & Deitz are still quite young and were held back but will feature in 2013.
Hopefully Lama Tasi's brothers are still coming down to play for us next year. The youngest one is apparently hot to trot!
IMO, POS & his offsider Jaimie Mathiou are doing terrific. Not every recruit is going to be a superstar.

PoS had to start somewhere, the key is to have patience. That's his talent picking up 16 yr olds that got something special, we (fans and the club) have to be patient with him as when these 16 yr olds mature into 19/20+ they become stars of the game.

We are about to be paid off for PoS work over the last 4 years, and as long as we keep PoS he will continue to deliver so we wont have to worry about suddenly having a roster full of sh!t. As when these guys hit 24-25, the next set of 19/20 yr olds will come around and so it will go.

That's always been his plan and its about to start paying dividends....

That's a typo. His rugby profile had him in the early 180's, which seems more accurate from those who have seen him at fan days.
