Eventhough he is on far too much coin than his worth atm, maybe he needs to spend time in Newtown. Not only 1 game,he needs a big kick in the pants, i know the same can be said for a few of our players but something needs to be done to show these players that reward doesn't come from bad play only from effort and good play.
You can only blame the coach for so many things passing and tackling in general play isn't one of them and he should have those bases well covered by the time he hit's first grade. He now has over 110 first grade games to his name and defensively he's a liability and nowhere as fast as he was 2 years ago.

When Dowell is on he is an asset to the team.
His defence against Parra was disgraceful. Someone needs to spend the off-season teaching him and Tellie-Tubby Marty how to tackle.
And Moga needs to show more desperation, more urgency and more aggression.

whenever Smiths reign as coach eventually ends our young squad is going to be in for the shock of their lives, most of them don't know what hard work is, whoever becomes coach in 2014 is going to flog the absolute crap out of our squad to get them fit, then they will be whinging about the coach for a different reason.
