I'd rather see a median score than an average..It gives a much better indication..

its alot more work than just getting the average. and maybe the mode score is better because that would be tge majority score.

Eg: 10 votes. 2vote 1s, 2vote 2s, 2vote 3s and 4vote 8. going by how much fans hate or love certain players.
To get the median or mode u have to organise the numbers from lowest to highest:
1,1,2,2,3,3,8,8,8,8.
The average is 4.4
The median is 3
and mode would be 8!

I don't want a vote on the decisions to be made by the Board but I would like a vote on who is entitled to sit on the Board and make those decisions. Not that it will ever happen.

This! The biggest issue with our board is that they are not accountable to anyone for anything they decide to do.

Our club is a play thing for a bunch of businessmen with an interest in Rugby League. It's a distraction for most part but a bit of fun on weekends for these businessmen. They get together in their corporate boxes and marvel at their little toy in action...accountable to no one but themselves!
