Watching him in the Dogs jersey over the weekend I literally felt nothing.
I only notice him as he's in my Fantasy NRL team.

I'd hardly call it a response, more a question.

Mini knows a thing or two about bouncing, the **** let's the ball bounce a thousand times before he'll pick the bludger up!

Wrong! He ain't that good anymore.
It's either been picked up by the opposition, on their way to the try line or it bounces said "thousand" times before rolling into touch for a 40/20.

The Roosters are locked in a three-way battle for the NRL wooden spoon following the 36-22 defeat to the last-placed Eels.

Brian Smith's side have a three-point buffer over Penrith and Parramatta with three rounds remaining and a victory against the Raiders in Canberra on Saturday would all but see the Roosters avoid the spoon.

"There was a lack of everything during the game. We have to work hard at training. We'll do that because we're all hurting from it and we want to improve ourselves before the end of the season," Minichiello said.

"There's three games to go and we want to try and win those three games. We're concentrating on the Raiders this week. We don't want to put in another performance like we did. It was quite embarrassing. We all weren't working together - it wasn't our night individually and as a team as well. We didn't put it together.

"It's obviously been a frustrating year because the squad of players we do have we know were better than where we are (on the table)."

Smith could face a hostile reception when he fronts Roosters' members at the club's coaches' forum at Bondi Junction on Tuesday night.

Questions are sure to be asked not only about the Roosters' on-field efforts in 2012 but also the decision to release international winger Sam Perrett to Canterbury mid-season.
My only criticism of the decision to get rid of Perrett is why it took so long??

LOL, mini used every loser cliche in the book.

                    We lacked [insert noun here].
We didn't work for each other.
                    We're hurting.
                    We're working hard at training.
                    We're focused on this week.
                    We're frustrated.
We're better than where we are on the table.

Here's a cliche for ya Anthony:
You're a farking embrassement to the Red, White and Blue of the Roosters.
You're an over the hill, selfish arsehole who's taking up a spot and money we need for a player with pace, skill and commitmment.
You've taken each and every Rooster supporter for a ride of sentiment and uselessness for years.
Stop talking and start walking you hopeless git.

                    Chook.

Yeah, maybe Mini is a bit past it & no doubt had an absolute shocker on Saturday night but your comments (as well as a few others) are a farken embarresment to all roosters supporters.

And no, i've got no problem with people critsizing, even venting there frustrations which is understandable at the moment, everyone's entitled to express there opinion. But there's a big difference between this & your viscious, spiteful, personal attacks, which are nothing more than a bad case of verbal diarrhea.

There is nothing personal in what Chook said, he is spot on.

People talk about loyalty how about Mini show some loyalty to the club who stood by him injury after injury and put his hand up and go out with a bit of class. Rather than trot out rubbish like "the body feels great' or "I can play for another 2-3 years".

It's only sentimental people who are happy to see this farce continue. He isn't up to it anymore, if people can't see that they are quite frankly idiots.

Chook is only commenting on his football as he is entitled to.

He is right, it's embarrassing seeing this guy go around. At the game on Saturday fans in the crowd were laughing, it's a joke. Also what he is doing is selfish. Next year we are going to have some great young kids the thought of him holding them out is sickening. As I said before rather than hang on for dear life go out with a bit of dignity like Hindmarsh, Freddy or Lockyer did. Is that too much to ask?
