  • Our best centre

    Is taka.

He may need some work in defence, but he definitely has more football smarts than most of our prospective choices

Amazingly the powers that be at our precious club don't even think he is worth a contract extension

    Hard to argue with that.

Taka needs a lot of work in defense. Otherwise I agree that he has great attacking skills and has surprised me with his speed.

He did well there for Moga's try but as a full time centre? That's a bit of a stretch..

I agree, it's a bit of a stretch..but it would be interesting/exciting if he was given a shot.

Couldn't be any worse than SKD, he's got no pace, mistakes aplenty and can't tackle to save his life.

Why would we waste SBW in the centres. I want him touching the footy as much as possible. Back row is his best position or playing as a glen Stewart like 2nd 5/8

Should come off the bench every week.

One of the few players we have who has the ability to create something.

I have just watched Aust in the first half of the all blacks game, and I swear Smithy must be coaching them as well, they are pitiful, and have all our great traits, if not union have unearthed a Smith of their own , called Deans.
