RTS is our work in prospect long term fullback within our current youth policy,but with less than 12 months Rugby League experience,to make him our first and only fullback option at this stage of his career would be dangerous at best.
Mini is still needed on our books even as a back up from Newtown if and when RTS` form dictates this shift.
Minis` veterans allowance making him a near freebie on our cap is another positive tick.
