i have a question. how do we sack smith if we win the gf in 2013. or even if we get top 4. the media will have a field day and smith would be in high demand from any team whom lacks a decent coach. so the only time we can realistically ditch him is at seasons end or we will be stuck with him for another contract. so we should appoint him as coaching director and talent scout administrator , relieve elliot to the cowboys or gws and appoint jt with the team for 2013

Brian's 4 year contract is up at the end of 2013. It wouldn't be a 'sacking' as such if he was not reappointed for a new contract.
