  • For the first time this year...

I felt sorry for the boys after a loss. That hurt today. they were the better team with only 35% of the ball and tackled their hearts out only to be dudded by the officials again.

well done boys...hold your heads up.

At the end of the day they weren't good enough. There was noone there good enough to come up with a matchwinning play, although I thought Mason had a go. The Tigers were there to be beaten today.

He should've passed it to Jones.

Jones was unmarked and screaming for the pill.

Mini farked that try royally. He underestimated Moltzen who has pace and can defend.

Story of our season. We get farked by the reffs, farked by stupid options and farked by the coach who picks his arse better than he picks a balanced team.

A decent team would have put 5 tries on us in the second half.

I think Mini showed that the No.6 on his back is just that ...... a number.

A proper half would have easily set up the ball for the inside support player, but Mini showed he is a natural outside back, just kept the ball and tried to get there himself. Not to be ....unfortunately !

Warren Ryan said that the Roosters were the better side today, he said that they got the better of the ref decsions and a lot more of the ball. Our defence was outstanding and we were unlucky. That sin binning was a dreadful decision. I cant remember when an opposition player when we are playing has been sin binned. I sometimes wonder are different teams playing under different rules.

We were robbed for sure but Shackleton, Mini at five-eigth (thanks Supercoach) and that moronic useless **** SKD did not help.

                  Hats off for Willie again.

Yeah I dunno about that Vasco....that was easily the best defence in the middle of the field all season IMO, also our best defence on our goal line all season. The Tigpies were going sideways a bit too much, but that's how they play......and the first two tries coming off kicks were the only way they looked like breaking us. We kept them to 2 linebreaks with 61% of the ball.......that's bloody impressive and only missed 18 tackles out of the 300 odd we made, quite good also.

Like I said, a decent team would have scored 5 tries against us. The Tigers aren't a decent team. It's a reflection on the standard of the competition.

A team would be entitled to score alot more than 5 tries with the possession the Tigers enjoyed. Which is a testament to our defence... the first time I could really say that this season.

Replace SKD, Badger and De La H and we win.

                            Super defensive effort.

I'll donate both my balls if the Tigers make the 8.

I agree with those who were proud of the team after that game. Mind you I was as angry as a cut snake about some of the decisions that went against them and flabbergasted when I saw the stats with respect to possession and number of sets.

the wigers coach was furious about their NO TRY for obstruction but failed to mention the try they scored when MAubs was wrongly sent to the bin.
