I don't know what was done last off-season but it clearly didn't work. Our coaching staff are way behind, if you read some of the things, Souths, Canterbury and Melbourne do in regards to training and preparation and their off-season training methods we are where we belong on the ladder and two players next season cant completely change that.

The offseason is the best on the Rooster forums for complete crap.

I cant wait till we get those poster who start posting how such & such is training the house down or how such & such has great footwork (side stepping orange hats) or how such & such is looking so sharp or how such & such has improved his defence (tackling a tackling bag).

Then we will have the threads that start with what the team should be for Rd 1 & how someones sisters boyfriends cousins neigbours dog walker heard some bloke blind at the pub mention the Roosters are signiing such & such.

So much to look forward too.

Firstly lets totally remodel the club.

Change this cartoonish symbol into the same symbol without the shield around it.
Change name from Sydney to Bondi or Eastern.
              Get Jim Dymock as coach>
              Invest in Sports Science.
              Train RTS at fullback
              Do fitness drills
Train discipine and completing sets x10000000000
Improve Jakes creativity. Bond Pearce and Maloney
              Make Cordner/Kennedy/Pearce captain.
              Find SBW's best position

Then we will have a competitive team

How do you know this? I thought he was in the train on squad with the Kangaroos?

I despise that expression as much as 'the lost dressing room'. Where is this said house anyway? Every team trots that old chestnut out every summer.

His Mum is best friends with my next door's neighbour's doctor's dog walker...

All jokes aside, Jake did board with one of my closest friends for 3 years when he first came down from Noosa. I actually messaged her to tell her about Jake making the squad and she said his Mum said he's off to Europe on the trip he won and the bulging disc means he can't play/train.

What happened to the high performance unit we were all asked to contribute financially to? I've been out of the loop while I've been away. Did they turn it into a latte bar?

RWB when did Jake suffer this injury? Do you know if he has been playing with it throughout the season as it may explain his inconsistent form?

First I heard of it was last night when I got the text. I highly doubt Dr Orchard would have let Jake play throughout the season if it were the case.

That would depend on the severity of it.
Bosdan suffered this same injury during pre-season,but played all year.
Mini`sprevious neck injury was diagnosed critical, and he was dragged straight off the training paddock.
