This is the most likely scenario ...knowing the current Nick -he doesnt like to splurge these days and he will come about 900 grand cheaper than Bellamy

I still reckon it will be Taylor.Bellamy is contracted so you can rule him out.Gus is the current coaching director at the panthers and still has a job to finish there so you would think he will stay put.Robinson is contracted to Catalans In any case the club knows who it is,they wouldnt have punted Smith without having a replacement. They are simply going to promote Taylor and will let him finish the nyc season before announcing it in my opinion.

I could live with this. In fact he is probably my preferred option.

I saw this too RWB. I cannot stand Matthew Johns. He is so full of himself.

Plus it leaves Nick enough change to land the big fish.

I thought you said Bellamy wasn't coming?

                  Gus would be a disaster.

He's an over the hill windbag who perpetuates the illusion that he's some kind of League genius. He's all hype. Like Ricky Stuart.

I love him, but the man is a douche.

I'm hearing, from a source very close to JT, that he has agreed to terms (for 2 yrs).

I can't verify that, as even my source is unsure if he's having his leg pulled. Apparently JT is like that.

                    Personally, I'd prefer Robinson.

An update. JT has agreed to terms for 2 yrs, HOWEVER .... there is a clause that if a certain, high-profile coach can be obtained his agreement is null & void.

That appears to rule out Robinson.

JT refused to name who the "high-profile" coach they were after was. I, and my source, assumed it was Bellamy. Both wrong.

But I'm very happy. I think Robinson is a good choice. He loves the chooks, and I reckon we will see a big improvement in a lot of areas.

                            Exciting times.

                            Go EASTS !!!
