The bloke's hardly put a foot wrong in his coaching career and people here can't help but whinge without giving him a chance. We're a sorry, negative bunch. Are there a group of supporter who eat their own more than we do?
Robinson might not be very experienced or have the accolades and resume of Bellamy, but he could be the right man and the right time. At least give him the opportunity to prove himself before you air your disappointment and doubts.
Anyway I hope he asks JT to be his assistant and clears most of our existing staff out. Starting afresh will be good for us.Last edited by Cindy14; 09-07-2012, 10:42 PM.

The Roosters are like the other 15 clubs they are all given the same grant from the NRL which is basically your salary cap money.
They all then have sponsors who pay different amounts which go's toward travel & accomadation of the team, gate receipts & stadium food & drink sales pays for equipment wages,God knows.
So Im not sure how much you think Nick puts into the club. I dont know this for sure but I think Nick would also get paid for his position of chairman. And lastly RWB I can only speak for myself but if I was loaded in the same way Nick is I to would give money to the Roosters, because I could afford to & even if Nick was bankrolling the club that doesn't mean that we will have any success. I comp between 75 & 2002.

firstly id like to say welcome, trent.
youve been given a chance, take it with both hands and do whatever it takes, you have nothing to lose.
secondly, where the F*$# did the idea that 2010 was practically robbo's doing?
ive never heard ANYONE say that over the past two years.
its amzing what some people will do to create any sense of false hope in their mind.
robinson comes to coach in 2013, and all of a sudden, HE was the reason the roosters made the grand final.
if he was the reason, why did he leave?
the things some people say.

Ummmm...for the opportunity to become a head coach?
Not saying that I disagree with a lot of what you have posted, but seriously! If you can't see why he left us in 2010 then its a bit of a waste discussing things with you.

It's no coincidence the team turned to rubbish when he left in 2011.
