If I was 35 in the south of France, have the team that I'm currently coaching in the ESL finals & have just been awarded a 6 figure contract with the greatest club in RL history, I'd get a couple of bottles of well cellared Louis Roederer Cristal 1996, maybe a pound or so of Beluga caviar & if I was single maybe see if any of those lovely Parisian Can-Can girls want to come out & party!!
After that I'd switch Mini to Newtown or offer him a fitness & conditioning role!
