Get another quality fullback to compete with RTS and get rid of Mini! We must turn fullback from being a weakness to a position of strength, with fullback now arguably the most important position in a team. We simply can not afford to have Mini in the team whether it be fullback or wing, he is just too bloody slow and does not have the skills set of a modern day fullback!
Trent could do well to bring his son Reece over from the raiders. The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!
Here's looking at you, kid.

I agree with the fullback problem. The coach needs to stamp his mark and make the club tap Mini on the shoulder and get him to go to Europe for a couple of years and offer him a job back at the club where there will be a position for him in membership or something.
Fullback has now become such an important position and our club is being left behind.

..Lets sack Mini and go into a new season with the only fullback option being an 18 year old kid, who up to 12 months ago had never played a game of league in his life.
I suppose instant miracles can sometimes happen...

They're filming parts of the next season of W.A.G. Asylum or whatever it's called which will give the club publicity for it's poker machines and completely misanthropic reception staff.

If I was Robinson, I would do the following -
1. Ring Mitch Pearce and tell him he's our man next year and for the next 3 years and that he ain't going nowhere
2. Ring James Maloney and tell him that he's looking forward to working with him and with the talented youngsters in our team we should have a lot of fun next year
3. Ring SBW and tell him that part of the reason he signed to coach the Roosters was the opportunity to work with a supreme talent like Williams. That Williams has unfinished business in the NRL and if they work together they can leave a legacy worthy of someone of his ability.
4. Organise a meeting with all the players (particularly the young guys) and let them know that the days of being mind-****ed are over and if they work hard they will play NRL and he won't bullshit to them.

But IMO another thing he needs to do ASAP is instill a shitload of discipline and a real sense of respect for the ball... We can't go another season expecting to make the semis as the worst team in the comp in completions and penalties against.. They have to be coached not to drop the ball and even discipline our biggest problem is in the play the ball, we either are the worst team in the comp when it comes to wrestling or we are just that plain stupid to constantly give stupid ruck penalties away by going overboard niggling n pushing the tackles player.. Staff punishing players at training like they are punished in the game if anyone drops the ball the whole team should be punished for example As soon as a ball is dropped everyone does a couple laps of the field that way they concentrate not only the guy catching but the guy passing the ball aswell making sure he's pass is perfect... This year they'd drop the ball or give away a penalty and wouldn't bother them it is so frustrating to watch
