What are you talking about? RTS was one of the guys who took a dummy half run and I'm pretty sure his only involvement in the try was to play the ball.

I recall Mose running down Ben Barba at the SFS last year. Sometimes strange things happen in games !

he's very fast plus he play a lot of top level touch, give him time to adjust to nrl and he won't let you down again.
He isn't letting anyone down helpinghand.

For a kid playing his first full year of League he has been outstanding. Also to see him get a run in first grade and handle it so well was a highlight in a tough season for us.

I look forward to him running off SBW next year, it should be bloody exciting.

Iliked the way the 2 other rooster players stayed out of the strip by rts. Almost like it wad a planned move

            It was great work.

Another reason why I like RTS he seems to be quick between the ears. Not bagging Moga he is a great talent as well but mentally he wasn't up to it this year. Where as RTS came into first grade and didn't miss a beat.

interesting that many here think RTS is a long term five-eight was thinking the same thing last night after watching Widdop put on a clinic against the Bunnies, Widdop played most of his NYC career at fullback and has been converted into a very promising five eight by Bellamy, RTS shares many similar qualities to Widdop especially the ability to skip across the defensive line and create extra man opportunities by beating his direct opponent.

His U20's coach JTaylor said the same thing at the members forum 4 weeks ago.
Taylor said that aside from his obvious ability, the one thing that super impressed him was how quickly RTS picked up on league in such a short amount of time.
Apparently, Smith had RTS training with the top squad almost as soon as he arrived at the club. Interested to learn more, RTS asked the coaching staff for a copy of all the set plays/moves. JT reckons the very next day he knew the name and play of every
move. Off the field the kid is studying to be a PE teacher.

He wasn't touted to be an All Black for nuffin, there's so much talent in the school boys back home & to stand out you need to have brains.

Although not big he's made it up with step & guile, he is very strong mentally & is used to responsibility (captain of jnr Blacks & Kiwis) with a positive work ethic...all the skills to be a future All Black, I cant believe he's crossed over but thats our gain...

When SBW joins us the drive for improvement will be infectious, I know most here dont like Union but back home the professionalism & drive for perfection is (presently, although Warriors are stepping it up) much more than league.

Having an Ex Senior All Black & a Jnr All Black Captain will definitely lift the standard at every level & put pressure on the whole team to raise the bar.

                          Size in fullbacks is overrated.

                          Nathan Gardner - 5'8
                          Roger Tuivasa-Sheck - 5'9
                          Matt Bowen - 5'9
                          Billy Slater - 5'10
                          Ben Barba - 5'10
                          Lachlan Coote - 5'10
                          Michael Gordon - 5'10

All under the supposed mandatory 6 foot cut off for the backline.

                            Indeed.

Also consider the fact that most bombs close to the line nowadays are aimed towards the wingers and centers. Any height differences at fullback aren't exploited enough anymore

                              Michael Oldfield - 6'2
                              Jonathan Wright - 6'2
                              Blake Ferguson - 6'3
                              Sisa Wonka - 6'3

                              Of course, there are exceptions.

                              Matt Utai - 5'6

Exactly.Wingers are going the opposite and the current trend is tall.
Smith made some comment on this after our last win against the Tigpies
