If done late in the tackle when the other team has retreated the 10 in anticipation for the next tackle it's basically an extra play the ball which is massive. Late offloads are definitely something that's massively valued in our game, if it's not an impressive flick or around the corner offload it usually wont get a mention by the commentators. Definitely a feature of our play in 2010 that doesn't get much of a mention. Ryles & Conn were both great at it.

I can't ever remember a roosters front rower produce those stats let alone a finals match against one of the best packs going around.

        Every one chill out.

Evans can be our Tamou if next year he can make the step up to first grade.

He has it in him to make those sort of Metres and is a handful to try and tackle. I hope that next year he gets a bench spot and makes his debut sooner rather than later.
        Comment of the year:

Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,

"It's touched Lui's hand and travelled forward but that's not a knock on"

Lopini had some absolutely monster games for us in 08. That's the closest any prop I can think of has gone to that performance, actually Myles had some pretty big games for us in the front row...

Tamou's definitely a new breed of front rower though, lanky, mobile & great skills. I look at him, Woods & Evans and I reckon they'll revolutionise the front row position with their mobility & ability to play such long minutes. All New South Welshmen too...

Sounds as though a lot of us have been told the story why he was allowed to go.

I've heard from more than one person that he will not come back.

The club's first priority is to squeeze Mini out.

I am not disappointed that we held on the Marty K. But we let Tamou go for Stanley Waqa????
Well the club needed a utility player. Part time player, part time clown, It was the way of thinking then.
