Kane Linnett

This Kane Linnett is a very good player and we could do with him. He is up there with the good centres in the NYC and can be developed I think. If we have signed him, he's a good signing.

One of the better centres in the NYC, but still, not a standout by any means - 20 games, 12 tries, 14 linebreaks.

He isn't freakishly talented at breaking the line and scoring tries (a strike centre) like:

Linnett is probably one of the Dragons most promising juniors, has pace and good upper body strength and knows how to find the tryline. He'd be in their top 5 alongside Henry, Merrin, Marketo and King. He has the potential to be a very good strike center, certainly alot better than the garbage we've got at present. He'd be at least another year off first grade though I'd say.

I hope we have.

In the past 3 weeks, he has scored 4 tries. And now, so far today in the Dragons v Rabbitohs U20's, he has a first half hattrick!
