the official start to pre-season training is monday 5th november, quite a few players have been in and out over recent weeks doing extra gym sessions, last week the squad completed fitness testing to see where everyone stood, and individual programs could be set.
I wonder how many players are going to start training in the "fat squad"Comment

Is pre-season training really that important when the big name player everyone seems to pinning their hopes on next year wont even take part in a pre-season. He will just lob and take part in round one.
