I know some journos from rival publications mate who have told me the bloke is a joke in their industry. The whole paper blows. That's why I don't bother reading it.

I do find it amusing most on the forums and in the real world will rush to respond to the Tellucrapp articles with more volume than they will a SMH article in general. That tells me they are on a winner with their style of gossip reporting. They keep suckin em in baby, and that's what it's all about for them, the number of sales and clicks.

A few things I didnt understand.

1. Get rid of benefit-of-the-doubt video decisions and put 30-second time limits on calls.
This is just stupid. I mean, i sort of agree with the benefit-of-the-doubt scrap, even though it will cause problems. But a 30-second time limit on calls? Seriously, the people upstairs are under enough pressure anyway. Maybe their should be a rule that you can only look at the same view once. Then it would allow them to make a quick decision, and wouldnt have as much pressure on them
2. Do something about the Roosters employing a salary-cap cheat.
Who is he talking about again? Brian Canavan? i didnt know he was a salary cap cheat?
3. Sharks name engraved on 2013 trophy
Yeah, unless he's talking about the wooden spoon. They made a few good signings from Penrith and Tigers, e.g. Lewis and Heighington, but theyve lost one of their best players last year, Jeremy Smith. Carney will have a 2011 year.
